“I Want Them To Know That Death Is Coming, And There Is Nothing They Can Do To Stop It.”
Rambo – Last Blood begins kind of slowly and gradually picks up quite a bit and drags your entire helpless body across the sharp pavement with the force of a military-spec Humvee; and I’m not even exaggerating here, this movie is really that fucking brutal! It’s an hour and thirty minutes long, in that time you will feel the intensity and passion of a man who has nothing left to lose. A man who makes his last stand against evil-doers. Against people who exist above the law, who need someone like Rambo to come along and stick a razor-sharp hunting-knife deep between their good-for-nothing ribs…
So what’s this last Rambo about basically?
Well, I’ll try not to give away too many details here: Rambo is older now, he spends most of his time on his ranch taking care of horses. His adopted daughter finds out that her estranged father is living across the border in Mexico. She feels compelled to see him and confront him. This doesn’t go well for her, because soon she becomes a victim of human traffickers.
What happens next?
When Rambo finds out that his daughter was kidnapped, he does everything that he can to save her, and this brings the brutality factor up to about 10,000 degrees, if you know what I mean. Because nobody fucks with Rambo and his loved ones – Nobody!
In certain situations, government is 100% useless when it comes to protecting us against violent gangs, human traffickers, drug-lords, terrorists, tyrants, the mafia, etc., that’s why I think that this movie is so relevant today, when more than a million people are abducted every year. We can all clearly see, there’s no big strong daddy around to protect us. No, we must defend ourselves from these sadistic fucks. We must learn combative and defensive measures to ensure our own survival and the well-being of our families. We must learn how to protect ourselves and provide for ourselves without running to any big daddy for help. This requires maturity, discipline, training, knowledge, and cooperation amongst other like-minded seekers of justice, liberty, and independence.
We mustn’t allow gangs and tyrants to gain the upper hand. No, we must be like a mountain fortress – Solid, Strong, Impenetrable – Able to resist and withstand the enemy’s attacks.
This is what Rambo would do. He will not bend over meekly and allow injustice to take over his life. He will instead tactically and strategically leverage his years of accumulated knowledge and training to cut his enemy down with a wide range of weapons designed to annihilate and obliterate his foe…
This movie is also an anti-travel propaganda piece
Many Hollywood movies depict non-US countries in the worst way possible, and this movie is no exception. As soon as Rambo’s daughter crosses over into Mexico she meets the most disgusting people imaginable, and yes, okay, this scenario is possible. Mexico does in fact have a lot of criminal activity going on. But there are dangers in every country that we need to be aware of. I traveled extensively throughout Mexico and Central America years ago, and I never had any troubles.
Here are a few safety tips that can help you:
Don’t go to dangerous, sketchy-looking neighborhoods or nightclubs, especially at night
Do not look anyone that looks sketchy in the eyes. If you do, you’re inviting them to interact with you, which could lead to trouble
Always carry some kind of weapon on you. Like what? A knife, pepper spray, a beer or wine bottle, a gun, or a stick
Never display anything of value like nice clothes or jewelry or electronics. Try to maintain a very low profile, while also appearing confident and like someone that no one in their right mind would ever want to fuck with
If you do these things you will be a lot safer.
Why does Hollywood want Americans to be afraid of the outside world?
Because it instills patriotism into people and makes them feel superior to everyone else – like America is number one and everywhere else is just a horrible shithole, and there’s no reason to travel anywhere else, or spend $$ outside of the US. So there’s a lot of subliminal political messaging going on here, I’m just trying to make you aware of that. Because make no mistake about it, the US also has a whole lot of dangerous people and you who still believe in justice, freedom, and true morality might need to become like mini-Rambos one day, maybe sooner than you know…
